Made from sinamay in two colors, vintage petersham ribbon and modern petersham ribbon.
Wired brim.
Band inside can GENTLY be bent, to make the hat fit for dolls with a 4 1/2" - 6" head circumference.
Base is attached a bit asymmetrical so hat can be worn straight or slanted.
